I've been really busy on the site the last few days to do a major revamp. A good website is never finished. The first thing you'll notice is the site has gone evil and has a range of banner ads selling stuff you may or may not want. This is a new thing to learn about for me, I'm a SharePoint consultant, not a website advertising guru! But I've only added banners to stuff I'd be interested in, so I hope you'll be too.
I've also added a huge amount of new content. There is now so much new information out there it's hard work to keep up, so I hope this helps.
Books
I'm looking forward to Microsoft SharePoint Portal Server 2003 : Planning, Design and Implementation I think it'll be the best of the lot. I've got the other three out now, they're all good, but I think based on the last SharePoint book these guys did, this'll be the best.
Blogs
I've now got an amazing 51 blogs on my blogs page. I recommend Newsgator to keep track of RSS feeds. It will store each feed as a folder in Outlook and each post as a mail. You can subscribe to newsgroups this way too. You then have a searchable archive of all the blogs and newsgroups. Just follow the link in the mail to open the original post. This can also by synced with your Pocket PC and the program adds a button in Internet Explorer you can press to subscribe to a site's feed in one click. Very impressive. Give it a try.
Links
My Links section has got a lot of good info thanks mainly to the MSDN Office site. It's frustrating that there is no notification mechanism to let you know when new content appears here.
