Here's a little movie about the new SharePoint, if you've been having infoverload the last few days, it's a bit waffly, but worth watching, plus here's a long list of new v3 features. Thanks for that Dustin!

And here's another SharePoint Movie from Channel 9 You see a tiny bit of the UI: there's diffs and version history on list items and documents, compliance, linking Outlook, AD, and SPS. RSS 2.0 feeds are enabled per list and per site. Outlook has an Aggregator and so will IE7. YOu can do Wikis too. This is like a editable encyclopedia.

Alerts will allow you to ask for very specific alerts like "If Bob changes any high priority items on this list". There'll be 2-way sync between Outlook and SharePoint, so you can share your tasks or calendars.

Existing Web Parts will still work! And the UI will be easier to customise through "Master Pages" Change once, see it everywhere. More updates soon!
